This is the very first color of the Kai joggers set I purchased. I actually purchased two sizes to get the best fit. I didn’t return any of the 4 pieces of two sets (crop sweatshirt snd joggers). I have both S and M. I wear M to workout snd truly lounge. I wear the S anytime but also to keep a more fitted look while running around outside of the house. I have 6 diff colors at this point. I love the fit and quality soooo much. Waist has drawstring and elastic. Ankle and waist do have a firm fit. Very stretchy- but if you have a larger waist I would not size down. Maybe choose to size up so you don’t have muffin top. If you’re slim in mid section I would say true to size. I did order all of my other sets true to size. Sweatshirt crop is cropped at the best place. Love that I can pull up arms with wrist area having some stretch also. Neckline is closer to the base on neck, you do pull it on right over head but this is super comfy on.
The cropped sweaters are my FAVORITE along with the joggers, I have purchased multiple colors they are that good ! I literally wear them almost everyday!

Kai joggers and sweatshirts are the BEST material. I size up on the tops because I don’t want my stomach showing but it’s thick, comfortable, and such good quality. I love all of the patterns and colors, you can’t go wrong
