EMBER DRESS

I love it my dress. Amazing quality.

I was really excited to get this dress, but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations. The dress is really pretty and the fabric is really nice and thick however, it didn’t arrive in the best condition. The buttons on the one that I received are very loose and seem as if they are going to fall off. There is also deodorant stains inside so it’s obvious that someone tried the dress on and returned it. It low key makes me regret not getting the Jesslyn dress instead. I digress though because it’s not that big of a big deal. I will take it to a tailor to have the buttons fix and the cleaners to get it cleaned and then I will try it out to give it a very thorough and unbiased review. I still love all my other pieces from BYE though.

This was my first ever By Egreis purchase. I love the plaid, is super easy to wear. The cut is very flattering. I would say the material has more a compression feel to it, in that it keeps everything in place and not a lot of give.. My only complaint is that I have a relatively large chest and my normal size XXL did not accommodate the girls. Was a touch scandalous. Can rectify the problem by wearing a camisole/bodysuit. Super versatile dress, can dress up or down.

I have admired this dress for a while and was so happy when it came back for restock. I sent the link to my husband and he bought it for me for Christmas. It was a little delayed getting here but I love it. The fabric is so soft. There is not any stretch to it so get your actual size. I have no idea what my current size is thanks to not being able to try clothes on due to quarantine but I got a large and it fits well. I am 6’1 with hips...it fits me nicely. Rides up a little when I sit but thanks to the longer back I do not worry about flashing anyone. I love this dress!

This dress is perfect for any occasion! You can dress it up with a belt and heels and go somewhere nice (lunch with the parents) or you can dress it down with some sneakers and go out shopping with the girls or just for a chill day. The fabric on this dress is also really nice and thick and SOFT!!!!
