Description
By Egreis is seeking a Social Media Content Creator. Our mission is to speak to our customers through the eyes and values of the brand and creator of the company. We are looking for someone who understands the value of our company and the aesthetics of the products we are trying to show to our audience online. This person will have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is always engaging. Our main goal is to gradually build a superior customer engagement and expand our brand message through these social channels. Specifically this role will focus mainly on Instagram and work to build a brand narrative through this platform.
You MUST have a VAST knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest. Our customer is a social media user, and you must know the ins and outs of growing Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, creating pics and creating images that are eye appealing to users.
For Instagram you must have a vast knowledge of growing the followers organically as well as reaching out to influencers to work with us, as well as brands for us to work with. You MUST able to create content. Must have an eye for photography, namely product photography. You also must have some video creating and editing skills.
Part of the position is minor customer service, answering to comments and DMs as well as private messages. You must be familiar with our policies and be able to reiterate them easily. You must answer the messages in the same manner our customer service team does: helpful, kind, professional and eager to help as much as possible.
This position works very closely with the Social Media and Marketing Manager in our company as well as our graphic designer, so you must able to daily work well in a team, and be a team player.
Daily Duties:

Create content for social media profiles

Schedule posts in advance for automatic posts on all social media profiles

Focusing on customer photos/videos/reviews and find creative ways to feature them on our page

Keep track of inventory so you can focus on in stock items when creating content
-
Create a mood board so that our feed look aesthetically pleasing and is cohesive with our branding
-
The feed should look aesthetically pleasing, color coordinated, clean and crisp look. Please use tools to plan ahead of time what the feed will look like.

Coordinate shoots, provide art direction, design, optimization and management of all social branding assets.

Work with our shipping and sales departments to prepare, pick, and package online orders in a timely fashion

Design and layout fashion images for designer spotlights, trends, blog posts, web and print campaigns
Send e-mail blasts on a daily basis
Update our app daily
Design our website updates and use HTML coding to execute the designs to web
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create banner ads and social media materials
Create brand boards and manage overall branding
Create social media content templates for both brands
Ensure revisions relayed are done in a timely and accurately manner
Design dramatic and eye-catching graphic solutions to communicate brand message
Design packaging and other branding materials
Research, identify, and share current industry design trends and competitive reviews as they relate to the brand
Active participation in meetings and design critiques
Complete ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management
Required Competencies:

Must have a minimum of 2-4 years experience working in a similar role
Bachelor’s of Arts in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design or equivalent experience
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop Software
Experience with social media marketing
Strongly skilled in Design, Typography, Grid and Layout
Basic knowledge of HTML or WYSIWYG editor skills
