If you’re not totally obsessed with your By Egreis purchase, you may exchange or return it for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. We provide FREE Return Labels for all U.S. Orders. Store credit never expires.
Your store credit must be used in its entirety and it is valid for 1 time use only. It cannot be used with any other discounts. The store credit does not apply towards shipping charges. It is only valid on our products.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased during a sale are eligible for exchange of size ONLY, if size is available. If not available, they are non-returnable.
Daily Deals are eligible for exchange of size ONLY, if size is available. If not available, they are non-returnable.
Bodysuits may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.
Swimwear bottoms may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.

You will receive an email from our team within 2 business days.
We provide FREE RETURNS for U.S. orders. International orders will receive instructions on where to ship their return. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return fees for International Orders.
Once you ship your order to us, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process it.
If it's an exchange, our team will process the exchange and create the new order. You won't have to do anything. If you are returning for store credit, you will receive an email with your store credit code.
You can use your store credit code at checkout on your next order. Your store credit cannot be combined with any other codes. It cannot be used toward shipping charges, only toward product. The store credit must be used one time only and in its entirety. If there is a balance left, we won't be able to issue another code. So please make sure to use it in its entirety.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Please be careful of make up or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.
We do not offer price adjustments.
Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.

If you return more than 30% of your orders (minimum 10 orders) in a 3 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy. The Modified Return Policy entails:
- No Free Returns
- 15% Restocking Fee
- No Free Exchanges
WHAT STEPS CAN YOU TAKE TO RECEIVE 'FREE RETURNS' AGAIN?
- Please feel free to reach out to customer service for sizing or style advice. They are willing to measure the merchandise for you if you struggle with selecting the appropriate size.
- Lower your return rate - In order to receive the "free return" privilege again, we require that your return rate falls below 30% of the value of your returned purchases over a 3 month period.
