RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’re not totally obsessed with your By Egreis purchase, you may return it for store credit only. Store credit is valid for 90 days.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are Final Sale and non-returnable.

Bodysuits and swimsuit bottoms may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.

If an item is purchased full price, then purchased again during a promotion or sale, this voids the return of the item purchased at full price and on sale.

Please Note: We provide prepaid shipping labels for returns at a flat fee of $15 USD. Please note that returns submitted after the 30-day window are not eligible for acceptance. In such cases, we will issue an invoice for the shipping fee to return the items to you. Upon payment, we will proceed to ship the rejected items back. If the invoice remains unsettled, the items will be donated to local charities after 45 days.

We do not provide exchanges. Instead, for all approved and processed returns, we issue store credit that you can use for future purchases.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Please be careful of make up or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.

We do not offer price adjustments.

Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.

If you received a damaged piece, please email: Customer Service immediately.

If you have a high volume of returns, you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy. The Modified Return Policy entails:

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we are happy to help modify it should you change your mind about the items selected. Please contact us promptly for any modifications.
