By Egreis is proud to offer International Delivery. Our packages deliver within 2 – 10 business days. We ship with DHL. You can refer to our Shipping Policy for all additional shipping details.

We’re sorry that an item you are looking for has already sold out! By Egreis makes its best effort to restock all items, especially if they are within the current fashion season. You will find that next to each "sold out" item, there is a feature entitled, "Email Me When Available". Be sure to enter your email and the size that you are interested in, and we’ll email you if the item becomes available!

By Egreis will send you an automatic email when your order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience.

Returns & Exchanges

We will try our best to accommodate modifications to orders that are new. If an order is in processing, it has already been sent to our shipping department and we will be unable to modify it further. We cannot cancel any orders. For any further inquiries about your order, please email us at Support@byegreis.com with your inquiry described in full, as well as your order number.

Items marked as "Final Sale" and items purchased during a sale, or with a promotional code, are FINAL sale. No returns or exchanges will be allowed on those.

While you are not required to create a By Egreis account in order to make a purchase, it is highly recommended. By creating an account with us, you gain the ability to view your past orders, check the status of current orders and track each shipment. Additionally, you’ll be able to save your account information with us, expediting the process for your next login and order.

We accept all major forms of credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal – a safe, secure service that accepts all major credit cards as well as e-checks. We process all orders through our SSL secured shopping cart. We are a verified site, so you can rest assured that your account and transaction information are entirely safe. We do not see or store your credit card information.

By Egreis is located in Kansas City, United States. While we do not have a physical store at the moment, we are strongly considering the option in the future.

Our website is only able to allow one code at a time. You may only be able to use just one code, whether that is a coupon code or store credit code. No two codes can be used at anytime. We do not have that function on our website.

Sales Taxes will only be collected from orders that are shipping to the state of Missouri. No other states will incur any sales taxes. International orders may be charged duties and taxes depending on the law in their country. Those are the responsibility of the customer.
