Literally the best leggings ever! Firm but not tight, very high quality, soft, smooth fabric. Fits perfectly! I really love its high waisted style, can wear it for sports, and also combine with blouses or jackets to style it as a part of night out look. Came damaged. Item was sold out. Spoke to customer service and it was more of a headache to get the situation fixed, they wanted proof of seamstress etc…simple solution would have been to send me a comp/store credit for the inconvenience since I have spent a lot of money at ByEgreis and I would still be a customer had they just taken the easy route.

We are so sorry that the Jumpsuit came damaged. However, we offered you full store credit, but you wanted to keep the jumpsuit AND the store credit. Unfortunately, that is not something we offer.

Hi Abigale, The dress was ordered and delivered in May. We offer assistance with filing a claim with the post office. But once a package is marked as delivered, unfortunately we are unable to replace.
